Patti Bohm
Administrative Secretary
Patti Bohm has been a Florida resident since 2004, and joined the CHR staff in early 2005 as the Administrative Secretary.
Prior to her move to Florida , from 1993 to 2004, Patti was the Administrative Assistant for Shawano County Housing, and was also the Housing Authority's property manager for 202 units in 11 municipalities. Patti supervised eight employees of the organization. Before 1993, for 11 years Patti was employed in banking, starting as a teller, vault teller, and customer service representative before being promoted to consumer loan officer and receiving her insurance license to sell annuities.
Patti is certified in both Public Housing Management and Income Eligibility and Rent Calculations, and maintains her Real Estate License.
Patti's outside interests include buying older properties to remodel, sell, or rent. She currently owns eight rental properties, and enjoys landscaping and traveling.
