About Sanibel CHR: Staff

CHR has three full time paid staff members, The Executive Director Scott Marcelais, Administrative Assistant Patti Bohm and Administrative Secretary Cynthia Hoggatt.

Staff responsibilities include:

• representing Sanibel to Lee County for the State SHIP Affordable Housing Committee
• CDBG Housing and Community Development Committee
• Lee County Florida Commissioners regarding affordable housing issues
• Lee County Florida Affordable Housing Providers’ Coalition
• and the Community Coordinating Council
• CHR is also a member of the Florida Housing Coalition.
• The CHR staff also represents CHR for the Planning Commission’s annual review of the BMRH program and for various City Council hearings.
